Master Khan, a word of advice. Girls who don't take care of their eyebrows generally don't take care of themselves. If you marry one like that, she'll become plumped up within a couple of years and you'll have no one to take to all those fancy dinners where you could've otherwise said, "hey, look at me - I am successful. I have a trophy wife".

What defines taking care of your eyebrows ...is it cleaning them? trimming them? shaping them ?

Anyways the point is... what you say is false =) Just because someone doesn't have shaped / trimmed or whatever eyebrows it doesn't mean anything against her and what she'll be 20 years from now.

lol I thought the "trophy wife" comment was a big give-away. I wasn't stating that 'eyebrow analysis' as fact, I was sorta joking about the whole thing....

Here's the thing though. There are two types of people - people who care about their appearances and people who aren't really bothered. I know girls and guys who are meticulous about their clothes, hair and overall demeanor so to speak and I know people who just put on whatever their hands can reach in their closets.

It's not just with girls only. There are guys who work out, care about what clothes and colognes they wear, stay in shape, etc and then there are guys who have no sense of style because they just aren't bothered.

To be honest, even the most Jihadi girls here wouldn't marry a guy with a fully-grown beard and a trimmed mustache even though that's how the Sunnah dictates men should look like. They'd say "oh, it's not mandatory for them to look like that". But for a Muslim who follows the correct path, that style is necessary.

i know of men who want their women to be up-to-date... with eyebrows done and all....
i even know men who have lead their wives to leave nakab....cause they dont like going with them... as they arent up to date....so even the Mijaazi khuda (so called) has to be listened...all though i wont listen to anybody in these cases....my appearance matters to me the most and i do what i think in best for me...

as for me i too like shaped brows

but not thin ones (like a thread) at alll
