I wasnt allowed to either sweetheart..i recently gt married lol So i wear it now...I myself like it when a girl starts wearing makeup after she gets married da masharanoo khabara da wada bada noor kaazhi.oh wells its my personal preference..

@ Pakhtoongal, sweety, dont worry about makeup at all....i didnt put eyeshadow, eyeliner, foundation, or got my nails done until the night of my party...i didnt even know what i was doing


you are not missing out on anything, you are 16, just give it some time....then you can have fun with it

No believe me, my mom didnt let me put makeup on until i was 18 and she kept on saying 'no you are pretty you dont need it' she wouldnt let me buy any sort of makeup, except mascara, and that strictly was it.


believe me, your parents will come around to it, it just takes a little bit of time. Trust me, they will allow you before you are married....just go really slowly with it. Start with mascara for a year. Then add light neutral, shimmery eyeshadow for a long time. Then add thin line of eyeliner. Then do like the other face makeup....just take it very, very slowly. Let your parents come around do it. I know what the pressure is when you are 16 and you want to experiment with makeup, ha ha i went through it
