Kabul Prices are high too right now, if you buy the cloth and have it made or make it yourself with all the golden laces and Embroidery it still ends up costing you around $120 that's about 6259.78 Afghani. If you buy it ready made about the same.
In Kandahar Hilmand its the same, so people go to Quetta for bulk shopping.
