    vans, nikes, adidas, chucks.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

i already mentioned these, but here is a little visualization. i usually rotate between these and will only buy them if i can find a really good deal online. i never pay more than 40 dollars for a pair of shoes.

i once had an amazing pair of handmade leather boots that had the toe end turned up. they were from either afghanistan or turkey. lots of leatherwork embroidery on them.

I hesitated whether to post this picture here or in the embroidery thread.

it varies between 30 and 45 € to find good shoes in Europe.

I'm roughly 5'10 so I don't like high-heels as they make me even taller than I actually am! I like shoes that are comfy and look decent. I usually buy casual shoes as I don't really go to social events where you must dress over-the-top. I don't like wearing blingy shoes or shoes that stand out too much.
