I wear mini dresses with my skinnies they look good like thaat.. Like knee length dresses or a little shorter.. I can never wear skinnies just with a shirt.. Looks weird to me..

I am short. If I wore mini dresses, I would look like a 12 year old. That's is not a look I am dying for. My sister wears them with leggings and it suits her well since its age appropriate for her. I am not a mini dress type of a person. It would just look silly on me.
