Welcome back & congratulations sgulab, I hope you had a great time there.
I would say just get him some standard jeans, shirts, jumpers etc and then when he comes you can both go shopping together to focus more on specific styles.
I don't think any fashion advice I offer would be much use since I don't really care about fashion & everyone has their own specific tastes anyway.---
