How far can you go with a Shalwar Kamees

I have noticed that you cannot make many changes in a man's Shalwar Kamees, i.e. you can only change the colour, the coller and othe minor things .
Prove me wrong ! And tell me what are the things a guy can alter or add in a shalwar Kamees?

And what do you call the Shalwar Kamees worn by some Afghani (someone told me they're Afghani) where the piece used for the top is different .

what do you want mohannd? you can't make a frock from the damn thing. it wouldn't be a shalwar kamees if you changed the shape of the outfit itself.

Not the shape , the stitching style , the buttons order or whatever is or might be done by men who wear custom made shalwar kamees(es).

Couple of things you can do though like the shalwar could be turned from the normal to the Balochi style (Though can't be used regularly penza gaza kapra ba zan pori sok garzawi :D )

The style of the collar could be changed in atleast three ways .. You can have the Collar

and the last but not the least, I call it Mehmood Khan Achakzai's style



You can also change the shape of your 'lastori' :p And the front pockets etc etc .. It's upto you :p
