help me out: hair question

Ok. First off, I'm not sure if this is the right forum but anyway.... how do you get your hair really silky, shiny, thin and straight? I want to grow my hair but as soon as it gets long it its all over the place. Products, tips etc are welcome. I've tried using tresseme but it doesn't work.

explain what your hair is like. is it curly, frizzy, or just wavy?
some shampoos will make your hair unruly. i don't have that problem but recently a friend gave me her shampoo and conditioner because it made her and her friends hair too light and fluffy. good to speak to a barber or hairdresser.

no, but it sounds good. perhaps it adds oil to the hair and gives it more weight. i am gonna try it myself. give it a go, khyber and see if it works.

I don't have curly hair. I have normal hair but just want smoothness.

it should be plain white yogurt not with strawberry or chocolate flavor. lol

I'd also say the home made yogurt would be best.
