^ do you use a lot of styling products to keep your long hair? be careful, you dont wanna start losing hair soon, sometimes products are really bad for your hair follicles.

i used hairspray a few times before, and ended up losing a chunk of hair.

if i need to look sharp, ill throw some mousse and spray on it but i stopped doing that 1.5 yrs ago

now i just keep it product free as much as possible. my hairs layered so its still professional/proper...relatively speaking lol

Have you ever tried using castor oil in your hair to help regrowth? I've heard it's great.

I have longer wavy hair myself.

thanks for that elsii. i have just been looking for a home remedy for that. there are ways to apply it, on the net.

it says to rub the oil into scalp. wear a plastic cap and towel over that, for the night and wash out in the morning. don't rub it all through your hair just into scalp. once a week for about 6-8 weeks when the hair should start to be growing better and looking lush and shiny. (hopefully, lol)

get your head shaved, then. there is a myth about that helping hair growth...eventually.

are you kidding me? i love my hair. it's not that bad. i want to shave off my head at least once before i die...probably in my late 30s or early 40s...not now.

When you shave it off, you can get one of those multi-coloured wigs to wear, they don't take much care :D

^unless it's a retarded method such as applying caster oil in one's hair, do share the idea. i lose lots of hair every time i come back from afghanistan because of the change in the water and it really bothers me.

This happened to me as well.

I bought this shampoo called Biolage from ULTA or some other salon. It will not only provide the nutrients you lost, but also gain a little fullness. It will stop the loss of hair and have it back to normal within a week.
