People tend to wear what models wear, or what their favorite celebrities wear. This new trend, along with skinny jeans, seems to have come out about last year in the fall, and so we see it being the common thing. I like them on other people -- but not on myself. So I don't own any pairs of ugg boots (I didn't even know they were called this, hah). I prefer my flip flops
