Arab women are the most illiterate due to this, and people ignore it and avoid it.

Wearing a burqa does not prevent men seeing women as objects of Lust. Burqa is a oppressive garment and just like France, should be banned in all Pashtun regions, through education, this Burqa would be thrown or used for other purposes such as a rain coat or a umbrella.

“Aristotle writes: ‘during the period of their (The Spartans’) empire, many things were administered by the women. Yet what is the difference between having rulers who are ruled by women and an actual government of women?’”[6]

Sparta is seen as an oligarchy, despite also being viewed at times as a diarchy. However, Sparta’s two kings, one taken from each of the royal lines, did not exercise the most control over the community’s decisions. There was also a council of elders known as the gerousia who were well respected during the public assembly, attended by all male Spartiates. The assembly elected ephors who helped to expedite decision making in times of duress. The assembly was ultimately in control of the city-state’s policies and legislature.[7]
Women were forbidden from speaking at the public assembly, but it is mentioned that they still held much influence in the community and often voiced their opinions about political matters, trusting their husbands to deliver their thoughts to the assembly for them.[8]

As with inheritance, the practice of marriage is not well enough documented or universal enough to declare a specific practice amongst all Spartans. However, it was a general practice that men did not marry until the age of thirty when they were done with their mandatory military service. Still, some men married in their twenties and simply crept away from the barracks at night to meet their wives. Women married later than most other Greek societies, usually in their late teens and early twenties. Often marriages were bride-captures prearranged with the father’s consent. In bride-captures, the bride was clothed in men’s sandals and cloak and her hair was cut. The groom would then carry the woman away to bed and return to his barracks before the morning.[16]

For this reason many considered Spartan women polygamous or polyandrous.[18] This practice was encouraged in order that women bear as many strong-bodied children as they could. The Spartan population was hard to maintain due to the constant absence and loss of the men in battle and the intense physical inspection of newborns.[19]

'It's completely inappropriate': Outrage as NYPD warns short skirts could get women RAPED

      By Daniel Bates

Women in one of America’s most liberal neighbourhoods have been left outraged after being told by police not to wear short skirts in case it gets them raped.
Those living in Park Slope in Brooklyn, New York, are being warned they could grant a sex attacker ‘easy access’ with their provocative clothing and that they should change.
Short skirts should not be worn and shorts that show too much leg have been deemed inappropriate by male cops who are patrolling the streets.

I think the above police reports say enough.
In the west rapists are arrested and convicted. In the east theyre free and the victims are punished

hey smart ass, i didn't make this thread because i like mini skirts or i want to suggest that pashtun women start wearing them. last year i found the idea of coming from a pashtun cultural background and wearing a mini skirt degrading. this year i have come to realize that there arefar worst things that a pashtun could be a part of.

This is largely untrue for most rape convictions though

                  examine the following.

In Britain, Rape Cases Seldom Result in a Conviction

Davies said she was stunned to learn that her daughter's case was the rule, not the exception. According to government statistics, only 5.7 percent of rapes officially recorded by police in England and Wales end in a conviction.

WaPo: Why the Low Rate of Rape Convictions Across the Pond? - Law Blog - WSJ
The Washington Post today has a provocative (and lengthy) piece on the low rate of successful rape prosecutions in Britain. According to the story, which cites government figures, only 5.7 percent of rape prosecutions in Britain end in convictions. Some 14,000 cases a year are reported and 19 out of 20 defendants walk free. In comparison, according to the story, about 25 percent of reports of assault and 75 percent of homicides lead to someone being found guilty. In the U.S., 13 percent of rapes end in convictions

So in prominent Western Countries; perhaps 10% on Average actually get convicted, the rest go free.

                        • The survey also found that 26 per cent of adults believed that a women was partially or totally responsible for being raped if she was wearing sexy or revealing clothing. Some 22 per cent held the same view if a woman had had many sexual partners. Similarly, 30 per cent said that a woman was partially or totally responsible for being raped if she was drunk.

Campaigners also said that the survey provided a sobering insight into why the conviction rate for rape prosecutions at jury trial are falling at a time when the laws on rape and consent have been tightened. The results also suggested that a significant number of people still think of rape as a crime involving a stranger, when in fact an estimated 80 per cent of rapes are committed by someone known to the victim. • Miniskirts are an offension to every woman. It is not respectfull to Promouve miniskirts, its almost like when a drugdealer gives free drugs to make the weaks dependent, the same is this- its making man and woman depending on their low material wishes.
The people who call those women wearing miniskirts free is hypocrite- this is the real slavery for women, because in a society that sees "attrackting clothing" as freedom, doesn't give the women the fundamental right to be respected as women.
It is lack of so simple education where this compares.
In my country unfortunately last years this miniskirt apeard and I was shocked seing once a small girl(about 9 years old) wearing a short skirt, She surely doesn't even understand what that meant, but those parents are criminals.
Actually in my nation, women who dress and walk trying to attract men arre til now called "Hav", that means "chicken", as they move like chickens looking always arround if somebody looks at them.
Perhaps the people didn''t realize when it was told to"respect the nature and the animals" it didn't mean to become an animal....
