there were some scenes that was just stupid scenes but overall its wrote a watch.

Rizwan Khan was a really good muslim in the film but him marrying a hindi is just weird.

no.
only muslims can get married with each other in islam, you can't marry a non-muslim..he/she must covert to islam.

"Do not (you men) marry idolatresses unless they believe; a believing woman is better than a idolatress, even if you like her. Nor shall you (women) marry idolatrous men, unless they believe. A believing man is better than an idolater, even if you like them." 2:221

From this verse it is clear that a Muslim man, or Muslim woman are not allowed to marry a Christian woman/man who is an idol worshipper. The Law is clear and it applies to men and women equally.
