LOL was this one of the "gems" you were speaking of? This is "ok", sounds like something moronic Gulf Arabs play when they go "drifting" . lol
Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

Indeed it is, I'm working on a fusion of dark industrial and black metal in the vein of this and The Axis of Perdition.Originally posted by Nekrofrost View PostHoly **** that is some great stuff right there

dude
This is what people think of when people hear "house music"
As much as Cathy Dennis was a hot number, how dark can this get? lol You're just trying to bait everyone to post good music so you can reinvent your music tastes lol

It is a different genre than metal. The music is different. Will it be as LOUD (i.e. screamo, perhaps loud drums)? No... actually there probably do exist such tracks, but I've never encountered them.
Is there dark house? For sure. Some great tracks too. But remember, it's a different genre.
Call me superstitious, but twice after this thread was alive, I came across some epic tracks. May as well throw something here... next post will have music.

Here... the point I tried to get across in my original post is I want to avoid the dance-y house music, or the tribal stuff, or the "dolphin music". This isn't the darkest track I have, but it's nicely balanced, dark enough, and has good music. I personally like this one a lot.

Yeah it kind of reminds me of dead mau5, yeah not that dark, it's like the music they play at Urban Outfitters or stores like that. hehe

Great. Nobody cares. While I do appreciate your taking the time to type out your opinion, I request you pollute someone else's thread.

I know you have anus pain because my IQ is higher than yours, but your attempts at trying to belittle me are failing. You don't like the genre, so you would've said the same thing were it a masterpiece by Beethoven.
I'm looking for good house type music, avoiding the ibiza party/dolphin/we are one music (ie what Shapur posted). This track I just posted is great. I think it's awesome. Read the comments, you'll see I'm not alone. If you don't like it because you don't like the genre, fine. If you like the genre but have something better, show me. That's the point of this thread.

I saw people poking fun of you for being gullible enough to fall into that IQ scam, which only reinforces what I said. So no, trust me on this, there's nothing to be have anus pain over, unless you mean the pain of making diarrhea all over your self esteem LOL
