I loved his character. Very shareef and simple guy. This is not extended to only pathans.

My father was court martialed from the air force for punching a guy in the face.

The guy was measuring my father for his uniform and said "It seems like your mother never fed you". My father punched the guy in the face and was under house arrest for 2 months. He was stationed in Karachi airbase. He told me he would still sneak out.

During their job, pashtun officers in army become desified , they marry their sons and daughters with punjabis, adopt urdu and english and some even go one step further by sending their wives to beds of their superiors. They are the type of people who would be more rude with you than punjabis as they have to prove that they dont give a damn about pashtunwali.

Heard about this drama alot from friends.even watched few episodes in youtube But since my childhood had been mostly in uae.I have not watched the 90's drama's of PTV.which are regarded as the best in the history of Pakistan.
