This video is a good example showing the difference between Pukhtuns and non-Pukhtuns. Look at the boy and the way he is imploring the bald guy, probably his boss. The boy, perhaps, fearing the end of his career, tries to contain the situation but without success.
A Pukhtun under such circumstances would act differently. To preserve his prestige and self-respect, even at the risk of his life or career, he will stand by what he did irrespective of whether he was right or wrong. This is what makes Pukhtuns proud people.
