Basically there are two main Balochi dances which are chaap (similar to attan) with iranian origin and lewa which is more african or arab origin and using arms more but both of them are more the less the same music instruments.

Now, the following video is a insult to our culture by the Pakistani government making us look like uncivilized natives of new guinea. the only real thing about this video is the music, the people with painted faces and behaving like animals is mainly done for entertainment of non-baloch in pakistan which leads to misunderstandings and negative attitudes about us as "junglees"
Even our great-great-great-great ancesors in tanzania or kenya did not behave in this manner, they were cultured Islamic Swahili people who were hailed by many Arab historians as being the most righteous Muslims and gentle in nature.
you will never see omani or iranian baloch behaving or dressed like this, its only happening in pakistan for their entertainment. you will not even see this in balochistan, its mainly in areas where non-baloch dominate.
unfortunately many baloch or sheedi perform this degrading savage dance because of poverty.
