the difference is pakis have muslim souding names while they too are desi bollywooders.

but offcourse majority pakistanis are sunni muslims but many exist who act like hindus or wanna be american.

not really, she is average, there are tons of girls who like her in pakistan, just go to a mall in Lahore, Karachi etc..., but the only difference is most of them dont show their bodies like her, only some of the westernized/secular ones do.
