Becuase when in the past Afghan King Amanullah tried to make railways,some dum mullahs said it against Islam and prevented it. In Saudie Arabie I don't no meybe they don't need it becuase of the sand, it will cost them to much wordk to maintain everything.

The railway in Pakistan was built first by the British to make it easier to transport troops and supply. The Russians did the same in their former Soviet republics.
