You cant compare Karachi or Kabul to Teran, Its like comparing Riyad to Teran, its not because the king in riyad is a better or more progressive leader. Its oil money. It has nothing to do with him being a leader. He is a shrewed politician that knows how to divert and dodge tough questions and thats why obama is too scared to debate with him after being challenged.
