Yow hal wee, yow badbakhti wee, and then all these young guys singing, clapping and dancing in their cars. It's a sad view when you see all these cars packed with groceries and picnic material, young men and women packed in their cars passing through the refugee camps where all the Pashtun refugees from the south have sheltered. They have barely food to eat, while the road gets packed with joy, loud music, drunk people shouting and all the pleasure you can imagine. No wonder Afghanistan is in such a condition, imagine all these people not going to paghman one weekend and instead donating all that money to the refugees living on Paghman road. They are poorly built mud homes that shelter thousands of refugees that have fled the coalition forces bombing in the south.
Following is the video of the camps I'm talking about :

I totally and 100% agree with you. We went to Paghman on a Friday...and we literally couldnt get to our main destination there because of all the louchak men were causing mayhem and a big traffic jam, it was so pathetic.
