How long did it take you to design that?

couple of days, most of the time went in to the rendering stage since my laptop is getting old for this stuff

i m good with photoshop so does it have any connection with photoshop or editing is similar az we do in photoshop?

that means you don't have to learn photoshop, since its a major part of any 3d work flow, you cant do 3d with out photoshop or any other image editing software
