Shooting defenseless animals for sport is cowardly no matter how you cut it. Hunting for food is understandable. And I don't eat meat, thank you for caring though.

Why would anyone want to unnecessarily take an animal's God-gifted life for the sake of sport?

I'm not a tree-huger by any means but hunting for sport is by definition immoral.

But you should be specific about what you write, it's like me saying "people that don't hunt and eat from grocery stores are all cowards and sissies"

You generalized about all hunters.
Oh, and hunting might be fading away with the pass of time. But, you have to keep in mined that hunting used to be a big part of Afghan/Pashtun community.
In fact, hunters eat what they hunt. Regular people eat what hunters hunt.
