She is pashtunised syed but not pashtana by blood.I have asked her myself.Her real name is ,,shapery/khapery.I admire her and to me she is part of pashtun nation.
These pashtunised people also made great contribution to pashtun culture and politics.We can not agnore them but we never accept them as pashtun .

i understand what you mean.You can call them pashtun cus thats how they look to be.
