That is very, very true. Majority of Laghmanis have very light colored hair and colored eyes.


My father has brown hair and dark green eyes actually, majority of my extended family are light skinned, nearly blonde hair, and glowing blue/green eyes.

we are more of a mix bunch, some of my paternal uncles are light skinned others medium, wheres my mothers side of family are all light skinned, my fathers uncles though are properly red skinned

my fahter natural red streaks in his hair and beard, i guess i have inherited that but mine our as visible as his

ps, my hair, red-yellow and finally gray lol

LOL same here! i have natural red/brown streaks, and people assume that i do highlights, and when i tell them that i dont, they dont believe me :P

But yeah, we are very mixed with the eye and hair colors

LOL you have no idea! we have so many pashtuns here in California. So everytime i meet a new Afghan, they ask me where are you from. And i say Laghman, and they give me this look.....then they say 'so Laghmani shaitan baazi daad' (We have played Shaitan) lol its hilarious.

but yeah i knew this afghan doctor from Kabul and he said Laghmani people are very smart so i dunno :D

when i was a kid i had blond hair,i have blue eyes i dont feel europian or superior i feel like a afghan like a PASHTUN-pathan,i hope you dont have problems with red hair afghans ,blond hair afghans.
and the reason the point of this thread is ,the pictures of this people are from afghanistan pakhtunkhwa and its interesting to see the diffrent people of afghanistan. this forum is about afghans pashtun pathan.
i feel sorry for abubaker Laila both had a interesting conversation and i hope they dont stop to talk about stuff like that .i could also uppload a thread afghans with blue eyes and blond hair,maybe i do that ,because i also have blue eyes.
