well, you would need a 3d terrain generator and one that allow you to define the terrain manually for better control. You will also need a rendering application such as E-ON VUE.

aww wrora this computor language is too complicated for me lol im new to computors ect il learn 1st and then see , excellent work your doing i like it alot good for screen savers too i like the one you did.
