sorry sis I dont really recall but if you are talking about random zoom in and zoom out it works through pinch gestures..like try to pinch-scroll with two fingers outwards and it zooms out and do the opposite and it zooms in..to permanently disable it tell me your operating system and laptop type I can look it up for you. Usually that stuff is in control panel touchpad settings.
