Computer Scientists learn Python, Ruby, etc.

Computer Engineers are Electrical Engineers, who take 1-2 Computer Science courses. If you compare the curriculums between EE and ComputerEngineering often times, they are identical. Only in their senior year, a Computer Engineer begins to take a couple of CS courses, where as an EE specializes. You can view a Computer Engineer, as an Electrical Engineer, who has decided to specialize in Computer Science[in a small way].
