so i just finished reading it and here are my thoughts...
-in the beginning for some strange reason i was confused about sohila's age. maybe it was because the writer has mentioned that her mother died at a young age and later that she is trying to bring her back to life...
-for a chapter one, there is alot that is happeening which makes it difficult for the reader to focus on what is happening rather than understanding the character better and relating to him/her. you want to base the rest of your novel on the happenings so don't be in a rush to get everything or so much of it happening in the first chapter...it overwhelms the reader...
