Hes a Wazir tribesmen who established a modern school I think during the 80's in Waziristan, he had both girls and boys, men and women studying, he modernised the way the students would be taught, and even employed professional lecturers and teachers, however he had to close down because his school was over run by Mullahs, most of the students left, and the school later got turned into a meeting place for Maliks.
