A lot of village names are similar to those in Afghanistan in regards to the Waziristan region. My native village of Tawda Cina has the exact name of a place in Khowst Afghanistan, Khowst/Khost, logar and Paktikia etc are all the birthplaces of the Maseed and Wazir tribes. Logar being the most well known place of the birth of the Wazirs and Maseeds. My great great Granfather was a Police officer in Kabul Afghanistan, and all his relations came from Logar but migrated to South Waziristan due to tribal conflict with Wazirs.
