you know what? it can be in paktika because some villages are in both waziristan and paktika like shkin is half in bermal and half in angoor adda, south waziristan. those villages are populated by both wazirs and kharotis. but urgun doesnt "border" waziristan as far as i know. then again, in old days, "urgun" or "loy urgun" meant paktika as a whole.
