hahaha... that's a good recommendation. i have lived with snakes many times, literally, that is. i spent 5 months in the rainforest and my small hut had no doors or glass in the windows so they sometimes came in, even cosying up in my wardrobe. i just left the door of wardrobe ajar so it could leave when it chose, stayed a few days. i talk to them. 'oh, how long are you staying?' they're pretty quiet, don't say a lot ;-)
all the snakes there were tree snakes and non poisonous but the death adders here can be deadly. have seen 3 in a year at this place. nearly grabbed 1, whilst weeding. i just phone 'the snake guy' and he moves them away. i would never kill them.
