Salam catya sher, i was diagnosed with a deffective immune system about 3 months ago, so they told me to be extra careful and pneumonia in summer is weird ,i will try to get what you suggested il try it ,natural scource is difficult as my stomache cant take citric fruit like lemon lime orange grapefruit ect unless so i will get the vitmin, yeah your right they make feel odd and burn ,thank you my good sister i appreciate you alot hope your ok your self.
