ther was an epidemic of swine flu in our ends and every single person that i know got it i had it too so i can relate to it. at least you have an advantage given your medical knowledge/background so you know what not to do etc.

iv not been bad, went for a 8 mile jog today after ages and broke my own record, quite chuffed but now im aching lol
