not really... sometimes a persons history of chest pain can be very decieving... I thought a dude had indigestion as his cause... his ECG was fine... was abt to discharge him till I thought hmmm Ill do a Trop I and CK... came back positive and then did a Trop T came back positive... reffered to cardiologists as a NSTMI heart attack...
