Thank you for the plate full of food.

You asked for the plate back and that put me to task, since I thought you might want it washed properly (squeaky clean and shiny). Trouble is it slipped from my soapy hands and broke.

I can send you a replacement plastic plate which is an odd one we have. I think it is from a neighbour who forgot to claim their plate several parties ago. It is one of those plastic efforts that ended up with a warp bubble when it was left in the microwave too long.
