ok for the psychology i suggest you find videos of similiar stuff you need to learn that way it will help you to revise than just revising things and for biology im thinking what well which biology are you doing GCSE OR A LEVELS ONE ,for rs i suggest just reading and a videos agin they might help you better but do let me know and no your not giving me head ach girl i just want to help you to get revising
