couldnt you d it your self call up your network they will go through step by step mine after it got nicked security rand my phone a few time then someone turned it off so i know it went missing but belive me these things you never get back ever but after that im careful with what i leave in my phone just incase cos you never know whre the info could end up but you need to get it blocked blocking the phone is good as they wont beable to unlock it as its black listed so your info will be safe in it
