because those girls are dumb. But since im going to be a free lance make up artist inshaAllah.......i will tell u...........when people blush it makes them look healthy.....because its caused by blood circulation........it makes u look young and healthy. Ok.......so girls wear blusher to make themselves look more healthy and add some colour to their faces
