hmmm i am not sure....it can be many reasons
1) There may be a pork product in the makeup......but then, you wont be consuming it right
2) Your modesty is on the line (i really honestly do not think so)
3) Its not under 'lowering gaze'
Now in many sources, makeup is not acceptable if seen by non-maharams and the public. You can wear makeup all you want at home, to please yourself and husband.
