pubmed, really you only get access to abstracts mostly. Im talking of it as an initial source for a reader. I could only access articles at my doctors clinic. I don't know maybe your have more access than me to those databases. Yeah, yeah, inter-library loan. They have published articles in the journals, but it takes time to go online. Like my friend got published, his article only appeared in a few neurology journals, but was not on pubmed!!! not everything goes on pubmed right as it is published LOL.
