My vote goes for the Kabul option, if you really want to be close to Pashtun belt too as far as being on the ground goes, but sadly even if the over all climate doesn't permit it. I am being persuasive lol I am moving to Kabul myself so... I am assuming its is one of the specialist position (they call it mnc or something). I know you will have to put up with the dust and the rest of it but I don't know some times it can be worth while. I think the salaries are quite atractive too I have myself applied for some jobs there.
