Khwarzey,
Both Eidhi Foundation and Islamic Relief deserve to be trusted in the real sense of the word, however, if your keenest sympathies are with the Pukhtuns of Swat then the disadvantage is that Eidhi Foundation's services in Swat are limited to ambulance services only and that Islamic Relief is not active in Swat and to the best of my knowledge has done no immediate service to lessen the suffering of the Swati people. To choose between these two, I would strongly recommend Eidhi Foundation.
The two organizations prominently on the forefront that are providing relief to the flood victims of Swat are Global Peace Council Pakistan (headed by Malalai's father Zia-ud-Din Yousafzai) and SRSP. All other NGO's are providing only lip services not followed up by appropriate action or behavior.
