I've never had spinach in my omelet. I can't risk putting in cheese at home, my cook will totally mess the whole thing up... but you add shredded cheddar cheese right at the end though, right? And when it melts a bit, you turn half of the omelet over.... right?

So are you permanently settled in NYC or are you there for your studies only? Do you use Visa or Mastercard?
