She had a pre op Hb of 10 nxt day Hb dropped to 6.8, ECG changed in leads v3-v6, transfused, reffered for a surgical opinion after an episode of heamatemisis and found by them 2 have a high lactate as well as a acute abdomen and being in obstruction... considered for theatre but decided against , placed on HDU (high dependecy unit) and then aneasthetics team decided not 2 escalate care etc and placed on a TLC (tender loving care regime) died next day .... cause of death Perforated dudeanal ulcer
