Trust me, I do take a stand. Not sure about the fine politics because there are many who want you to make that political investment in their causes and further down the line changes in agenda disappoint.

I'm an educationalist Nadir Shah and true, right now I'm just across the waters in the UAE, but with the biggest Pashtoon population outside Pakistan and Afghanistan, I meet with many Pashtoons from various backgrounds. I get a sense of their politics and see commonality. Life is tough for most migrant labourers, as you know and we continue to struggle in the homeland - I don't like to point the finger back on ourselves; though do take time to self-reflect.

I need a cause (perhaps an educational one) to really sink my teeth into although that said, I have been a supporter of two Afghan educational projects and an established charity for several years. I continue to remain active in at least one of the educational projects.

We all need guidance, I guess and to do something practical.
