LOL yeah Cali is a pricey state to live in, especially with education, gases, food, etc. But its beautiful. The richness depends on the location. I live in the subarbs outside of the city, its mostly white middle class...you know, the working parent and soccer mom kinda deal. Yeah Laguna beach is so pretty....i have been there twice. its a nice place
