k man this is what happened, taliban arent a centralised group..they are also divided into factions..following the US war in Afghanistan, about 3000-5000 of these taliban fled into the tribal areas of Pakistan bordering Afghanistan...these are lawless areas of Pakistan where the military never went before..anyways they eventually took control over there and made them selves to be a new group "TTP" i.e "Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan"

They started doing suicide bombings across Pakistan, they had a harebrained scheme to take control of Pakistan..PAkistan military couldnt allow that and took action, in just over a year Pakistan gained massive successes militarily against these **** bags..and now there are no more suicide bombings and for the first time in history Pakistan's military has stepped into these lawless areas and took hold
