One language dies every 14 days. By the next century nearly half of the roughly 7,000 languages spoken on Earth will likely disappear, as communities abandon native tongues in favor of other languages such as English and other influentail languages.
Language is identity and spacaily for pashtuns pashtu is more then a language.
It is a way of life and like elders say ,,pashtu was our religion and this is true.
Now today ,s pashtun no matter anyside of durandline is only good in blame game.
They blame tajiks and punjabis for the down fall of pashtu .
In reality pashtuns are the one responssible for this mess and dsicrimination.
I will explain both side of durandline not just one so pls be patient and read carefully.I wrote this for the good of pashtu and pashtuns not for some blame game.I get hurt when pashtuns look down up on pashtu.
For over 250 years they rule afghanistan but pashtun could,nt help pashtu and pashtun culture.
In fact they promote farsi and farsiwan culture and still the tajiks get the blame.
At one stage pashtuns were 70% of afghanistan,s total papulation.
It may not be the case now but they were in clear majority once.
So if you can,nt help your language then you do,nt need to be exists in this world.
They feel ashamed of their language as soon as they get some education and wear ,,kabari coat,,and act like parsibans.
Is that make you good pashtun?
If you are educated then do more for your language.
Poor uneducated pashtun will have no choice but to follow you.
To look more civilised and educated they mix farsi words in pashu like ,,balay,,atman,,hayat,,faamil,mushtaryaan and thousands more.
YOU must wear like farsiban and make this fake smille on face that you are something superior.
To look more good then marry a tajik woman.
In the presense of one parsibans hundreds pashtuns will start in parsi.
It mean you respect their language and culture but they do,nt respect your one and still you are pashtun and some superior race.
This bilingual culture destroyed the image of afghanistan and pashtuns.
Farsi is taking over on pashtu everywhere media etc you name it.
There are many other things but this should be enough for our benangy.
This dose,nt mean i hate farsi or any language but if iran with 49% farsibans can have farsi the only national language why can,nt pashtuns of afghanistan have pashtu the only national language ?
Now on the other side our pashtunkhwa pukhtana spacailly the educated one speak a language which i do,nt understand what it is.
Mixing urdu and english is like their duty to do it.
If you speak pure pashtu with these educated pashtuns they look down up on you and call you illitrate.
To be civlised and educated you must mix urdu and english to look good ,,,waim saray wy chi pa abaseen laho shway chi de begeratob tha wagoram.
The so called nationalist do the same.
Sindis are also living in pakistan they kept their language pure and you have to learn it if study in Sind.They use it in public places etc.
So if the punjabis are realy hating other languages why is sindi not dieng?
The iranians,afghan-tajiks and tajikistanis are working on common dialect of farsi while we pashtuns are killing our language and culture and still we are superior then punjabis,tajiks,uzbiks and hindoes etc.

There are 55 millions or more pakhtuns living on both side of durandline .Many of these pakhtuns are resourcefull .
They can invest in pashtu media and promote pashtu language and culture.
Some of them invested in dari media cus more money there.
Lets put our head down and think why our language is dieng?
Blame game is not going to work for sure.
If we respect our language and promote it others will have no choice but to recognize it.
If we continue that way sure oneday pashtu will disapear .
It will be a mix of many languages and could disapear at one stage lets not hope for it.
