Doctors in Slovakia perform surgery on Stefan Zoleik to remove a six kilogram tumor from his face.

Zoleik says, "Everyone was turning and looking at me, it was very unpleasant. It also bothered me all the time when I moved my head."
A rare illness called Madelung disease caused fat fibers to grow uncontrollably. And after more than 10 years of discomfort, surgery was finally scheduled.
After 5 hours on the operating table, doctors were pleased with the result. Surgeon Igor Homola said, "We took out about 6 kilograms of fat from the patient's face." And Zoleik can now look in a mirror with satisfaction.
Zoleik's reaction after operation, "This is amazing. Much better than it was before, which was horrible. I even don't feel any pain now."
